Pasteurised milk is heated to 180 degrees and destroys all
enzymes, thus giving it longer shelf life and no nutritional value. Homogenised
milk is subjected to high pressure, compressing and splitting the fat globules
down to a size which will easily penetrate the gut wall and enter the blood
stream directly. Milk is also full of lactic acid, and one of the aims of a
cancer-busting diet is to consume foods which produce an alkaline body.
