Self help

One session of chemo was enough for me.

If you ever decide to stop the treatment, there are lots of friendly resources available.

Just appropriate food intake, vegan organic, and positive feeling state which includes forgiveness.

As for how I brought myself out of disease and regained full health:

What to leave out is as important as what to put in.

WHAT TO LEAVE OUT
Leave Out Sugar, Dairy, Meat, Wheat, Salt, Alcohol, Oils
The approach I used has been to stay clear of refined sugar, milk, meat, salt, wheat, and stay away from all oils, except flax seed oil, which I never heated. Keeping toxins out and overdosing on raw, wholesome nutrition. Raw because natural plant enzymes are destroyed by cooking. Enzymes speed up the metabolic rate of healing.

Juicing
The juicer I bought was a cheap one and was the devil to clean, so I opted for a Ninja Nutribullet instead which pulps the whole vegetable, but has to have added juice to produce something drinkable. However I recently came across another juicer, which reportedly does not have the same problems and extracts 70% of the nutrition out of the plant. These can be bought for around £130 off eBay, even cheaper for a second hand model. See Heston Blumenthal juicer. For the price it is very efficient and a useful springboard should you like juicing, wish to do a little research, and go onto more expensive models.

Cannabis Oil
I used cannabis oil. See Rick Simpson's method of healing his cancer.

Essiac
I got a herbal mixture from my herbalist which included the ingredients in Essiac tea:

Bromelain
I was also taking bromelaine tablets, the substance found in pineapples.

In an interview with Chris Wark, Candice-Marie explains her ordeal. Chris makes a special point of mentioning selenium in the best anti-cancer form; sodium selenite. She also mentions Nutritional oncology Research Institiute.

1500 grams of Vitamin C [3 times daily]
I asked my oncologist about I.V. and he didn't know anything about it, but there are many videos of intravenous on YouTube. Would be worth asking your oncologist if it's available in your area.

Apricot kernels
I started with 2 x three times daily and worked it up to 12 x three times daily. As stated elsewhere in this book, NHS has issued a warning on the use of these kernels to treat cancer, stating the even half a kernel is sufficient to give severe health problems. I consider this an appalling law. They are now sold as a 'body scrub' by Creative Nature.

Pancreatic Enzymes
If  it isn't a type of cancer characterised by sarcoma, then it may be worthwhile getting some pancreatic enzymes. I didn't bother to use these, but might consider them if another condition arose.

Clean Greens
On top of which 'clean greens' (I found them not all that tasty!) will help replenish the gut biome, which chemo destroys with its toxicity.

Turmeric
Turmeric is an anti-inflammatory. Black pepper aids the bio-availability of turmeric. Juices and smoothies benefit from the addition of these two items. The Gerson Centre in Baja Mexico uses enormous amounts of curcumin, the active ingredient in this turmeric. I believe that turmeric’s anti-inflammatory properties specifically attack  cancer cells, and leave healthy cells alone.

Ginger can also be added as another anti-inflammatory. Chris Bledy cured her ovarian cancer with ginger.

Cancer cells thrive in an acidic environment. Another item I used was baking soda, for ensuring alkalinity in the body. Because the stomach needs to be acidic while preparing its contents for digestion, it's best to take this a couple of hours before, or a couple of hours after a meal.

Although Vernon Vito Johnston cured his cancer with baking soda and molasses, it seemed counterintuitive to me (because refined sugars are food for cancer cells). I simply added a teaspoonful to a glass of lemon juice. The way he explains it, the sugar draws the cancer cells which are then killed by the baking soda. I stuck to my method, even though he claims success with his.

And although I have generally stopped dairy — which is recommended by most alternative professionals — due to antibiotics and hormones injected into dairy cows, and the acidifying nature of lactic acid, I have occasionally used fat free organic cottage cheese … see the Budwig breakfast.

A video I've watched recently suggests that you should not use flax seed oil if on blood thinning medication, or following a surgical procedure. For anyone concerned about calcium deficiency, multivitamins are also a good addition to the diet. My feeling is that we have thus far scavenged many of the earth's minerals — even when growing organically — and therefore the majority of people are not getting enough of them.

I blasted the lymphoma with everything I could get my hands on:- but as you may glean from the wealth of other possibilities in this book, I've by no means exhausted what nature herself has to offer.

How wonderful it would be if the funds spent on chemotherapy drugs were given to someone using  natural methods. The cost would be the tiniest fraction of chemo treatment.
