After suicide ... ? and Hierarchy.

Tragically, in the UK,
the leading cause of death
in men under 50 is suicide.
The suicide may be imagined as
A form of escape from
the troubles of the world.

What if the opposite were true?
What if when we surrender this body,
we continue to carry its experiences
into eternity?
Imagine still having the same
nightmarish mental content
but not having a body to wake up to
and do something about it.
 The existentialist
Soren Kiekegard wrote a book,
"Purity of Heart is to will one thing."

In his average state of imbalance,
the human being is unable to will one thing.

Until the state of balance is reached,
our different parts tend to react.
Each part reacts to its own type of stimulus.
Our heads will react to the stimuli of ideas,
Our hearts will react to different feelings.
And appetite reacts to urgeful behaviour.
They may act independantly
They may act at the same time
Or they might act one after another.

Without an internal guiding concept,
... also known as a guardian angel ...
an internal hierarchical structure
under which to align these reactions,
we leave ourselves at
the mercy of external stimuli,
to be manipulated by them
instead of being masters of
our own freedom and destiny.

Where do you put your trust?
What is your guiding concept?

Questions we need to ask ourselves.
