fertility without IVF treatment

This might be of use to someone having trouble conceiving.
Research may yield fruit.
It's just a pointer I came across, I've not investigated it further.

An extract from the Adelaide Advertiser:
"INFERTILE women have stunning new hope of pregnancy after breakthrough Adelaide research proved that a free, century-old medical technique works, without the need for expensive IVF treatment.
The discovery, to be announced today, means couples struggling to conceive could have infertility reversed and avoid costly and stressful reproductive treatment.
A large trial of more than 1100 women found 40 per cent of infertile women fell pregnant after a commonly used technique that involves flushing a woman’s fallopian tubes with iodised poppy seed oil."
