Milk
Pasteurised milk is heated to 180 degrees and destroys all
enzymes, thus giving it longer shelf life and no nutritional value. Homogenised
milk is subjected to high pressure, pushing the fat globules down to a size
which will easily penetrate the gut wall and enter the blood stream directly. Milk
is also full of lactic acid, and one of the aims of a cancer-busting diet is to
consume foods which produce an alkaline body.

Meat
At
the beginning of this very informative talk, Dr. Colin Campbell notes that the
top three causes of death are:
1.
heart disease
2.
cancer
3.
prescription drugs

Salt
The destructive molecule for the thyroid gland. Here's a
talk from Patrick Vickers. He runs the Gerson Centre in Mexico, and here gives the reason why salt must be excluded from the cancer patient's diet.

Wheat, rye, and barley
The main problem with this food is that it produces
inflammation, and as all diseases begin with inflammation and you're already
suffering from a life-threatening disease, it makes good sense to stop the intake
of most grains. Spelt and oats are my exceptions.
Alcohol
Best leaving this out for the two years it takes to clear the
body of what are called cancer stem cells. In the past 18 months I've had the alcohol
in total contained in about three bottles of wine.
Oils
Here's a brief, and for me convincing, explanation of why oils
